  1. 300g beef (chuck, porterhouse or fillet steak), cut into 2cm pieces

  1. In a large bowl, count the beef pepper, garlic, ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Cover and set aside for 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan on top of higher than medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef, shaking the wok often for 3-5 mins until golden, and beef is cooked to medium rare or to your liking.
